INDIVIDUAL ACTION PHOTOS:

If you would like action photos of your player in any sport, send the following information to the above e-mail address to request a "Prairie Action Photo Shoot"
A) Player name, age, position, and uniform number.
B) Team Schedule including game locations (with addresses) and times for the sport(s) you want photographed.
C) Your contact information, including e-mail, phone number, and street address, as well as your relationship to the athlete being photographed. (If you are not the legal guardian, I will also need their contact information so I can obtain permission to photograph their child)

I will respond with information about photo package pricing and options and information about my availability for the game times requested.

In general, I will try to make it to a couple of games for an individual player to get photos in different environments and against varied opponents. If you want photographs of a particular game or event, there may be an "Event Charge" on top of any package or per picture costs. Any "Event Charge" includes a complementary 5x7 photo of your athlete.

CUSTOM SPORTS COMPOSITES:

One option available to Individual Action Photo clients is the Custom Sports Composite. For an additional fee, Prairie Perspectives Photography will prepare a composite of action photos of your athelete in a variety of phases of their game. This composite is a 16x20 high resolution digital artwork suitable for framing. (It may also be printed at 8x10 size.) Priceing for this service is included with the information sent with a Prairie Action Photo Shoot request.

TEAM ACTION PHOTOS:

If your whole team would like action photos taken please send the following information:

A) Team Roster with player names, ages, positions, and uniform numbers.
B) Team Schedule including game locations (with addresses) and times.
C) Your team contact person's information, including e-mail, phone number, and street address.
D) Style of photos wanted. Some options include individual shots of all team players, group shots of the team playing together, "storytelling" shots that tell the story of the teams games and season, and coach gift photo collages including photos of all the players with space for the players to sign or write short thank you notes to the coaches.

Team action photos generally require multiple games to get sufficient coverage of the players. I will always try to get action shots of ALL athletes on a team, but I cannot provide any guarantees due to the unpredictable nature of sports action photography. If your team would like a particular game covered, a minimum purchase per player may be required in advance. If no photos are available for a particular athlete after the event an individual photo shoot (action or portrait) can be arranged if the parent desires.

LEAGUE ACTION PHOTOS AND TEAM/INDIVIDUAL PHOTOS: Information needed for league action photos is the same as the requirements for team photos. Due to the time commitment involved, league photos need to be set up well in advance. Traditional team and individual pictures are also available. For league tournaments, Prairie Perspectives Photography is now able to offer on-site printing of action photos on the day of the event in some cases.
